Katie's Story
Katie Joynt spent the first ten years of her career building her craft inside other people's salons. Long days, every kind of hair, every kind of client — the proper grounding that comes from working alongside experienced stylists and learning what *actually* makes a great salon visit (and what doesn't).
What she always came back to was the long hair work. Extensions, fittings, blow drys, styling — the slow, considered work that turns hair into something a client genuinely loves. There's an art to long hair done properly, and once you've got an eye for it, it's hard to look away.
Signature Lengths by KJ is the result of those ten years — a small, deliberate salon built around the work she's best at and the experience she always wanted to give her clients. No conveyor belt. No upselling. Just considered hair, taken seriously.

Free consultations on extensions. No upselling on the day. If a treatment isn't right for your hair, we'll say so. If we think you'd be better off with a different service, we'll tell you. Honest advice every time — even when it costs us a booking.
